Vancouver-based insurance provider rises above the competition
September 25, 2012 – For the second year in a row, Vancouver-based Canadian Direct Insurance has been ranked “Highest in Customer Satisfaction among Auto Insurers in Western Canada” in the J.D. Power and Associates 2012 Canadian Auto Insurance Customer Satisfaction StudySM. Canadian Direct has further improved its customer satisfaction score over the previous year.
Canadian Direct Insurance deals directly with its home and auto insurance customers on sales, service and claims. This differentiates the company from almost all other insurers in Western Canada. "Canadian Direct's employees go above and beyond to deliver excellent customer service and competitive prices to our policyholders each and every day," says Colin Brown, Chief Operating Officer. "We take great pride in our high levels of customer satisfaction."
The annual study ranks insurance customer experiences with their primary insurer. Rankings are based on five factors: price; claims, policy offerings; billing and payment; and interaction. The study is based on responses from over 11,500 auto insurance policyholders, and was conducted by J.D. Power and Associates.
