What's included in the compulsory basic coverage?
Canadian Direct Insurance does not provide the compulsory basic auto coverage required in BC. You must obtain this coverage from the government mandated insurer, ICBC. You should refer to their materials carefully for details. Generally, their coverage includes third party liability coverage (minimum of $200,000 plus costs and interest), Underinsured Motorist Protection, and some No-Fault Accident Benefits.
