Registration & eDelivery – New From Canadian Direct Insurance

We are continually considering ways to improve the delivery of our products and to pass the savings on to you and we have found one that is also environmentally friendly.

It is “eDelivery” – You ask what is eDelivery?  It is a secure way of retrieving your insurance documents from our website.  When you quote or purchase a policy online at canadiandirect.com we will ask you to register using your email address and a password of your choice. 

Registering your auto insurance policy for eDelivery is simple, all you need is your:

• policy number
• postal code
• effective date of your auto insurance policy

Note: You will start the process by entering your e-mail address.  If your e-mail address is already in our system you will be promoted to enter a password or complete the registration of the policy your e-mail is attached to.  If you do not remember your password you can simply follow the instructions on the page to reset your password.  

Once you are registered, you will have the ability to take advantage of viewing and printing your insurance documents online.  You can also register your other auto insurance policies to your e-mail address or change your policy delivery method on registered policies.  Not only will you be able to receive your documents quicker but you will also be saving a few trees in the process.  And…for our Alberta customers, you will be able to print your Temporary Pink Cards right away.  No waiting for a fax or mail.  eDelivery is currently only available on auto insurance policies.
