Rates are based on premiums in effect January 1, 2004 and on the following information:

• Highrise
• Age of dwelling 20 years
• Age of Insureds 45 years old
• Owner occupied
• 10 years claims free insurance history
• Earthquake insurance for contents with 5% deductible
• $1 Million Liability
• $500 Deductible
