That's why we launched an education program about risks and safety, and why we partner with KIDSAFE Connection to provide important safety information for you and your family.

Injury is the leading cause of death and disability for children in Alberta. Every year in Canada, more children die as a result of injury than from all childhood diseases combined. The majority of childhood injuries are preventable.

In partnership with KIDSAFE Connection and CTV, Canadian Direct Insurance launched a public service campaign in Alberta with television spots that address two of the most important causes of preventable injuries to children and youth in Alberta - falls in the home, and bicycle accidents involving riders without helmets.
