Message from the President

Canadian Direct Insurance provides Western Canadians with auto, home and travel insurance products direct, over the Internet or through our Call Centres. We achieve very high standards of customer service, as measured through our regular customer surveys. I am proud to say we have a culture of caring for our customers and our employees. Our people are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about insurance.

As a customer service focused organization, employees are the foundation of our company. Key factors in attracting and keeping great employees include maintaining a strong workplace culture, competitive benefits and compensation packages, and career development.
