These changes are due in part to the growing severity of catastrophic events in Canada and worldwide, and are designed to minimize the impact on your premium while giving you more control over your coverage.

For those who have already received their Home or Auto insurance documents by mail, and simply wish to make their payment.
Please have the following ready:

  • First and Last name
  • Policy Number (e.g. BCA1234567, BCH..., BCM..., ABA..., ABH..., ABR...)
  • eMail Address
  • Phone Number
  • Postal Code (must be entered as it appears on your policy documents)
  • Payment Information (Visa, Mastercard, or Bank Account Details)
